What we built

A staged path from TIBCO EMS to a Solace event mesh. Queues and topics move in waves, with bridges keeping both sides in step, so applications switch over one at a time without stopping the business.

How it works

We inventory every destination and consumer, bridge the two systems, and move applications in order of risk, checking message flow at each step.
